Senior PAS Engineer

The technical leader of a (sub-)project is responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of applications for Process Automation Systems (PAS) that are developed for our clients according to the agreed scope, planning, and functional requirements. Assist in startup and commissioning activities of our customers on-site.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead of a technical team of engineers within a project Responsible for technical quality and progress of a project Assist the project manager by coordinating budget and planning and as technical lead in customer meetings Coordinate and support the implementation activities of the local and BCEC project team Responsible for producing Functional Design Specification in close partnership with our customers Produce Detailed Design Specification and test specification documents Implementation and testing of PAS configurations Assist in startup and commissioning activities of our customers Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals Give feedback to improve in the development of engineering/application standards and engineering tools

For This Role, You Will Need:

At least 5 years experience in Project Services Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience level in related field A valid driver license Computer Literate (MS Office) Software programming skills Verbal and written communication skills: proficient in Dutch and English Willingness to work abroad for a limited period of time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Good knowledge of Emerson Process Automation System Good knowledge of Emerson processes, standards, and tools, including ISA S88 Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
