As the **Senior Parts & Service Consultant** , you will maximize the Construction Industries Services Division's (CISD) potential through creating, implementing, and managing rebuild frameworks and development. Caterpillar's commitment to innovation and sustainability drives us to deliver exceptional value and support to our customers. **What You Will Do:** + Serve as a Rebuild Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work closely with sales, marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure successful implementation of Aftermarket NPI/NSD and Sales Support + Support engine aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables and manage the NPI/NSD budget. + Deliver incremental STU growth through repair option development and engagement. Repair Options including wear and maintenance, overhaul and rebuild, and upgrade and retrofit solutions. + Develop new or improved aftermarket repair options to grow market share through work order analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. + Create go-to-market (GTM) strategies and material, drive alignment, and prioritize areas of focus with sales execution teams to maximize initiative impact. + Drive alignment on strategies and priorities with enterprise partners (LPSD, IPSD, Reman, PSLD, ICS, Filters & Fluids) and Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) partners. **What You Have (Basic Qualifications):** + **Degree requirement/experience** : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business, Sales, **OR** equivalent experience. + **Customer Focus:** + Strategic ability to anticipate and address customer needs to drive business growth. + Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. + Expertise in aligning customer-focused strategies with overall business objectives. + **Service Excellence:** + Expertise in Dealer Service Operations Experience and Work Order Structure + Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL coding and deep excel understanding. + Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service and support. + **Problem Solving:** + Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities. + Ability to develop innovative repair options and solutions. + Proficiency in work order analysis and competitive landscape assessment. + Experience in managing budgets and delivering incremental growth. **Top Candidates Will Have** : + Expertise in LENs data and the Caterpillar work order data. + Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Data Models **Additional Info** : + **Locations:** Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX or Cary, NC. + **Office Model:** Caterpillar requires employees to work onsite in the office five days a week. + **Travel:** 30-40% domestic and international travel is expected. + **Relocation:** Domestic relocation is available to **Peoria, IL only** for those who qualify. + **ISE:** ISE assignments are **not** available. + **Visa Sponsorship:** Visa sponsorship is **not** available. **Summary Pay Range:** $126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
