As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our ecosystem by building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our technology and content partners. You’ll lead the development and execution of joint marketing initiatives that drive partner growth, increase brand awareness, and generate pipeline opportunities.
You’ll craft compelling co-marketing campaigns, manage partner enablement programs, and orchestrate efforts across digital channels, events, and content initiatives—ensuring our partners are equipped and motivated to promote Paramount effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that deepens our alignment with partners and contributes to growth targets. Lead joint marketing campaigns with technology partners, including digital, event, and content activation efforts, aligning messaging and branding to maximize impact. Define new and creative ways for us to align with trusted associations and individuals across key verticals to form content partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design, Lifecycle Marketing) and partners to create compelling content and programs, while driving consistency in the brand and messaging across teams. Manage agency and partner enablement programs, including co-branded content, webinars, and marketing assets that empower partners to independently promote Paramount Ads Manager solutions. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, optimizing campaigns based on data insights. Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and identifying new co-marketing opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in partner, channel or events marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful co-marketing campaigns that drive business growth.Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, paid media, and content distribution. Ability to develop compelling narratives and assets suited for different partner audiences and channels. Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, including events, with excellent organizational skills. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $98,400.00 - 123,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
