AS A PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (UKI - COMMERCIAL/ENTERPRISE AND GLOBAL + EMEA NORTH GLOBAL TERRITORIES), YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:•\tManaging the AWS relationship to achieve partnership goals, including net new customer acquisition and consumption.
•\tSupporting partners in their go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, QBRs, marketing, and sales enablement across various Go-To-Market options.
•\tEnsuring successful execution of business plans by developing and managing relationships across different functional areas within the partner organization.
•\tCollaborating with AWS and partners to expand into new strategic areas, including new Service Lines and Industry Verticals.
•\tBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, typically at the Partner/Managing Director level.
•\tOrganizing and executing events with and for our partner community.
•\tPitching Snowflake's partnership value proposition at all levels, up to C-Level.
•\tEnsuring alignment of all relevant stakeholders on pursuits in joint accounts.
OUR IDEAL REGIONAL AWS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE:•\t6+ years of professional experience in Channel Management, Software/Services Sales, Consulting, and specifically Business Development within Cloud software.
•\tEssential experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
•\tProven ability to deliver strong results in pipeline generation and bookings using programs like Marketplace and cloud funding.
•\tUnderstanding and experience with Cloud Technology, AI/ML, Data, Analytics, API, and platform.
•\tAbility to build, lead, and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment.
•\tStrong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organizational models.
•\tAbility to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, and design and document program guidelines for both internal and external distribution.
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•\tStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.
•\tAbility to travel between 25% and 50% in some months
