As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) for Cloud ERP Private, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and business transformation through successful partner delivery development and enterprise architecture leadership. You will guide partners on their cloud transformation journey, to ensure they are leveraging the Rise with SAP Methodology, driving BTP and Integrated toolchain adoption, developing their delivery workforce and achieving successful go-lives in partner-led projects. The role combines the responsibilities of managing partner relationships, overseeing delivery processes, and enterprise-level architecture aligned with customer goals and SAP’s strategy, with a special focus on Clean Core principles

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship & Delivery Management: Serve as the central advisor to partners for their overall delivery practice development, with a focus on Cloud ERP Private solution area. Ensure alignment between the partner delivery and SAP account teams (EA, ECS, EmLA …) as well as partner management and Product Engineering, to ensure successful delivery alignment across the partner ecosystem. Monitor and develop partner delivery capacity and capabilities as per defined business plans, ensuring annual goals achievement, with a strong focus on delivery innovation development (i.e. AI/Joule). Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess their delivery performance, track progress, and initiate corrective actions. Facilitate resolution of escalations, ensuring that insights from past projects are considered to enhance future project delivery. Ensure partners adopt SAP’s best practices and guidance, including the SAP Partner Delivery Quality Framework. Enterprise Architecture & Transformation: Guide partners through their customers transformation journey and facilitate business transformation through the adoption of SAP’s Cloud & Clean Core strategy, enhancing value realization through SAP’s best practices. Act as the transformation partner, provide enterprise architecture adoption guidance, ensuring partners adopt SAP’s Clean Core principles and RISE with SAP methodology. Drive adoption of SAP BTP and the Integrated Toolchain, ensuring partners fully leverage SAP’s technology stack in their projects, to meet customers’ business needs.Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with virtual account teams (i.e. Enterprise Architects) and SAP’s broader Partner Ecosystem organization to ensure cohesive partner delivery and transformation execution. Ensure transparency into partners’ delivery execution both internally (i.e. relevant internal systems) and towards end-customers (i.e. Competency Framework) Ensure that customers and partners understand the impact of SAP’s cloud solutions and drive continuous improvement in cloud consumption.
What You Bring:
Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer/partner facing roles within the software or technology industry, including partner management, consulting, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation. Strong experience with RISE with SAP Methodology, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) components (e.g., Integration Suite, Analytics). Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud is a plus. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including SAP’s Enterprise Architecture Framework and Clean Core strategy. Knowledge of SAP’s AI, BTP offerings (e.g., application development, data analytics, integration), and SAP LeanIX, Cloud ALM, and Signavio tools. Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or similar advanced degree would be a plus. Relevant certifications in SAP project management and/or SAP Enterprise Architecture areas. Soft Skills: Experience in handling C-level engagements in driving value realization. Solid communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English. German or other MEE languages are a plus. Proven ability to manage complex partner and customer escalations in a diplomatic and efficient manner. Ability to think strategically, demonstrate business acumen, promote continuous learning and development, and engage as a coach/guide
