A leading litigation firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal with strong experience in medical malpractice to join its team in Denver. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, including trial.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cases from intake through appeal, including trial preparation and attendance

Organize and maintain case files and large volumes of medical records and discovery materials

Draft and finalize pleadings, discovery, and filings in federal, state, and arbitration proceedings

Perform cite checking and proofreading, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bluebook standards

Track deadlines and manage court calendars across jurisdictions

Record billable and non-billable time accurately

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred

3+ years of litigation experience, including trials

Strong background in medical malpractice required

Proficiency in federal and state court rules, docketing, and cite checking

Excellent organizational and communication skills
