We are seeking a skilled Symantec PAM Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using Symantec technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our privileged accounts and sensitive data.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Develop and implement Symantec PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and access.
Configuration and Management: Configure and manage PAM tools, including credential vaulting, session management, and access controls.Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor privileged access activities and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies.Incident Response: Respond to security incidents related to privileged access and provide timely resolutions.Collaboration: Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems and applications.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of PAM configurations, processes, and procedures.Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and administrators on PAM best practices and usage.Your Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Privileged Access Management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Symantec PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, and management. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Symantec-specific certifications are a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
