Job DescriptionReporting to our Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. You'll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across large accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the appointed digital partner to ensure processes, frameworks and KPIs relating to Paid Social are up to date following the growing useYou will work in partnership with directors and heads of other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas.You will work with the data, planning and other media teams to understand how Paid Social integrates with other media formats and channels.Work with data suppliers and other 3rd party data experts to contribute to data visualisation and presentation.Interrogate and identify opportunities to build better Paid Social media plans and processes, working in collaboration with appointed digital partners to agree on the best approach.Design, deploy and manage basic to advanced campaigns on the different social networks in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns for members of the same teamHelp develop Paid Social media strategies which address the goals of the client and will allow us to achieve their goals and KPIsEnsure that audits and research are utilised to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategiesLead main campaign meetings (internal and client-facing) to represent the social team and provide support and applicable next steps when relevantAnalyse the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change to exceed client expectations and KPIs.Provide Social Media training to our teams and clients.Produce client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.Stay informed about industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – social media, analytics, online marketing, E-commerce and online consumer behaviour.Work in collaboration with other media channels.Build logical and audience-focused media plans.Lead the campaign strategy, researching potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and adopting a test and learn approach.Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.QualificationsDemonstrated 2-5 years' expertise in Paid Social campaign managementExperience managing Paid Social accounts, especially LinkedIn (also including Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.)Experience managing complex media budgetsCertifications within Meta media buying or planning (desirable)GA4, Firebase & AppsFlyer experience (desirable)Experience with B2B campaign strategyExperience with digital marketing, marketing automation and marketing strategyClient-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions, improving and automating processes.Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
