Job Description

Reporting to our Paid Search Director you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish, the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search.

You'll help support some of the biggest brands on the planet, and ensure we provide the right technology, strategy and training, while promoting lasting relationships. At Jellyfish, we are committed to encouraging professional growth. Your career path could lead to exciting career progression.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

You will support and collaborate with local and international teamsNurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliersOversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectationsManage the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standardsYou'll collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to lead solutions for our clientsAchieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methodsMaintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all new formats, technical solutions, and projects.

QualificationsYou must be fluent in English. French and/or Italian languages would be a plus.Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)Demonstrated expertise with 5+ years' experience in digital marketing paid media managementSkills using technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns,Paid Search, including Search Ads 360 (SA360) and Google Ads. And certifications for Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with leadership of paid media departments together with fellow Directors and VPs, ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable, and resulting in the achievement of team goalsGreat at structured working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
