You have a University / College degree in Finance/Economics/Business and 4+ years' work experience in relevant positionsYou are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around EuropeYou are confident in using MS OfficeYou have experience with SAP which would be desirableYou have strong analytical and communication skillsYou have good understanding of the Balance Sheet and Income StatementYou are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

Drive monthly and bi-annual profit forecasting and planning cyclesPartner with regional finance teams to analyze results and explain key variancesDeliver clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-makingEnsure timely and accurate financial data consolidation and reportingLead cash flow forecasting inputs and maintain critical financial databasesContinuously improve financial processes, tools, and documentationAct as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the business
