As a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant (Contractor Role), you will develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, working closely with client project teams. Your change plans will guide partners to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end users. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and initiative to drive results. Your ability to build relationships, influence, and innovate will be key to maximizing adoption and ensuring a positive end-user experience. **Here’s what you’ll be doing:** + Leading complex change programs or managing significant parts of larger change programs + Leading and conducting comprehensive impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change + Creating and executing the enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications + Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy + Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology + Building and maintaining relationships with project teams and business partners across the company + Developing executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work **Here’s what we’re seeking:** + 4+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise + Experience with technology platform implementations (ServiceNow preferred) + Experience in delivering change management programs for technology implementations + Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management + Change Management certification (Prosci preferred) + A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional + Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach + An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling + Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently + Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices At Concentrix, we provide customer experience solutions that may involve handling sensitive data. This is a Short-Term Role. CNX is looking for contractors for this position. The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $171,321. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
