Join our team and start your journey today! **Immediate Supervisor:** Sameer Parande, Regional Finance support Lead. **Job Summary:** This position is responsible for providing support for the Oracle Applications and related business processes. Focus will be on providing support for facilities in Europe with a secondary focus on global support of the applications and processes based in North America. **Responsibilities** + Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Applications, with a focus on Oracle Financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.; + Oversee the change management process for setups related to existing processes; + Responsible for application configuration, maintenance and instance validation for sites running the Oracle Applications; + Overview of Global tickets and knowledge transition-sharing across regions- be actively involved in the training sessions, provide insights and/or guidelines on treasury and cash flow specific processes; + Mitigate risks vs requirements for new implementations and functionalities developed across Oracle modules; + Understand current business requirements and processes, recommending enhancements as business requirements change and evolve; + Lead PA and FA related Projects around the globe providing subject matter expertise, developing and proposing solutions to accommodate business needs while reducing the customizations within Oracle; + Act as subject matter expert on key finance/accounting processes considering any business requirements/changes brought up to the system and provide accurate troubleshooting, training and guidelines to support the BU in their recurring finance processes + Develop test scenarios and test scripts as required and enable users to follow them, constantly provide training according to business unit requirements for new modules, enhancements or changes brought up to Oracle or any related legacy system; + Oracle SQL experience- ability to run scripts to identity and conduct analysis for front-end issues, conduct investigations for/with the development team and provide temporary workarounds whenever the permanent solution is yet to be identified + Ability to conduct training workshops for end users; + Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms and on a business level; + Must be willing to work as an on-call resource as required, to maintain application up time and provide timely break/fix solutions. **Requirements** + Strong background in Oracle Applications 12.1.x applications preferred. + University degree in operations, business, computer science or related field required. + Advanced English level required + Minimum 10 years experience offering support for a functional track + Oracle SQL experience: minimum 1 year and running simple up to medium complexity queries + 3-5 years’ experience in Business Processes + Effective procedure and workflow documentation skills. + Experienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio). + Analytical thinker, demonstrating creative problem solving and nimble learning skills. + Self-disciplined, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
