Senior Oracle EBS Financials Lead (Offshore)

Job Description
One of our largest entertainment clients is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Financials lead with deep expertise in Oracle Financial modules to support and enhance their finance systems. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business tracks. This role requires a proactive functional consultant capable of working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and supporting the system lifecycle from design to deployment.
Act as the primary functional consultant for Oracle Cloud and EBS Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Purchasing (PO).
Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for day-to-day operations within P2P and O2C process flows.
Lead configuration and setup of financial modules in Oracle Cloud, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and business goals.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and lead end-to-end implementations of enhancement projects.
Work closely with technical teams to design, test, and deploy customized reports, integrations (using tools like OIC or legacy APIs), and extensions.
Develop and maintain project documentation including process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training guides.
Conduct regression testing and validation of quarterly patches and system updates from Oracle.
Support the transition from EBS to Oracle Cloud (if applicable), including data mapping, validation, and user training.

Skills and Requirements
810 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, specifically in EBS and/or Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
3+ years of production support experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (AR, AP, PO).
Proven experience in 23 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
In-depth knowledge of P2P and O2C processes and financial data flows.
Strong functional understanding of general ledger, subledger accounting, and core financial principles.
Experience working closely with Oracle developers and technical teams on custom objects (RICE: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Expense module or integrating third-party expense systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify).
Experience in Cloud migration projects from EBS to Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials).
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services.
Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher) or OTBI reporting tools.
Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Financials is a plus. null
