Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Oracle EBS Projects Lead to guide the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Project modules. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative project management solutions, leveraging Oracle EBS functionalities to meet business needs. This leadership position requires a blend of functional expertise, project management capabilities, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of Oracle EBS Projects modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Contracts.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational objectives.
· Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, including solution design, functional configurations, system testing, and deployment.
· Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Projects modules with other EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, and HRMS.
· Provide expert guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.
· Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities, and monitor project performance to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
· Develop and deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for key users and business teams.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all Oracle Projects-related matters, providing ongoing support and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Costing, Billing, and Contracts).
· Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
· Strong understanding of project accounting and business process integration across various modules.
· Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification preferred.
