Role Purpose: As senior optimisation manager, you will lead the roadmap aligned to Findability strategy, driving customer and commercial benefit and evolving Findability across all our digital estate. 

What's the job?

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Lead ideation with technology, data science and other digital teams to drive growth through innovation in the Findability space.Lead optimisation of Findability components, reporting and products with various internal teams and third parties to drive continual growth and value across key Findability metrics. Directly manage third party agencies not limited to Bloomreach to interpret data and deliver a strategy to leverage tactics that drive optimisation and continuous improvement.Provide direction and principle to technology teams on the product roadmap for Findability, following agile ways of working and methodologies.Manage Findability specialist role to influence optimisation KPIs and lead change through matrix management of merchandising.Work with development teams to document technical requirements and work with QA to ensure all features are of the highest quality and delivered in full, on time and to budget. Influence product backlog within technology teams to reflect the needs and problems within Findability.Lead on business case (demand) development to support Findability initiatives. Conduct external research and analysis to shape Findability roadmap and identify new third-party opportunities.  Communicate and collaborate across all functions and other banners to increase awareness of Findability.Management, monitoring and reporting of Findability KPIs. Knitting together quantitative and qualitative data to understand core Findability problem statements. Delivery of optimisations via various testing routes to explore hypothesis, defining and steering business requirements, helping to understand our customer. Collaboratively working with the customer team to align on personalisation ambitions, directions and initiatives.Coordination of Findability stakeholders to deliver the Findability strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.Clear understanding and proven experience in driving online key metricsData-led and analytical with the ability to see trends within numbers and turn into actionable insight.Has the ability to switch from strategic to operational.Presentations skills – the ability to tell a story and can ‘translate’ to people of all levels and background.Proven influencing skills, able to develop relationships with key stakeholders that inspire and influence teams across the business.A confident and experienced people manager who is willing to go the extra mile to create a positive and productive team environment.Knowledge of roadmaps and management What's in it for me?
