About the role **About the Role** The purpose of our Senior Operators is to provide operational, continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance and quality skills. You will relentlessly observe and work to standards in area, whilst being able to work at your own initiative and as a standout colleague. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure effective handovers and collaboration. **Key points you would be responsible for are:** + Deliver and improve performance targets in safety, quality, service, cost and asset care. + Maintain a safe and supported working area + Work passionately to reduce and eliminate waste as part of Diageo's Sustainability efforts + Operate machine or plant processes following defined standard operating procedures + Drive performance of the equipment on a line or process area - RCA, SIC, Op led Asset Care, DT recording (tagging), hygiene standards + Delivery of Diageo Health & Safety commitments Ultimately, being a source of advice, knowledge, and having the confidence to lead operations is the pinnacle of the day to day ways of working in this exciting role. **Working hours will include Night-shift (10pm– 6am), Early Shift (6am - 2pm) and Back shift (2pm – 10pm)** **About You** Do you have a passion for delivering high standards?
