Senior Operations Processor - Rates & Terms Services

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor in Inventory and Commercial Auto Operations Servicing as a part of our Commercial Banking Operations Division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

Our team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer Rates & Terms which determine interest charges and repayment schedules.  This position is responsible for processing invoice maintenance, establishing purchasing instructions, and customer/location maintenance.


In this role, you will:

Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with AIMS or SalesforceExperience working with rates and terms for interest charges and repayment schedulesBanking, account servicing, or accounting experienceProblem-solving skillsAbility to manage projects and prioritize tasksExperience researching and compiling operational dataBasic reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
