In this role, you will:

Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaAssist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and proceduresApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of Financial Services Experience3+ years of check processing experience (reviewing, scanning, etc paper checks)Knowledge and understanding of bank systems: Hogan10-Key Data Entry ExperienceAbility to execute actions in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlinesStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to make complex decisionsAbility to adjust and adapt to changeStrong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Expectations:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am -1:30pm.  Schedules will be set as need is determined.Overtime is based on business need and volume of the department, could be requiredThis position does offers a hybrid This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
