Use automation and AI to eliminate inefficiencies and improve outcomes. - **Boost Capacity & Productivity:** Free up resources by automating tasks and shifting work to cost-effective centers (e.g., COEs, GSS), enabling teams to focus on higher-value activities. - **Monitor Performance & Improve Continuously:** Track program performance through clear KPIs and regular reviews. Identify opportunities to improve through analysis and data-driven insights. - **Manage Risk & Strengthen Controls:** Proactively identify risks and collaborate with the risk owners to implement strong, effective controls. **What the Candidate Need / Basic Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or general management roles. - Master’s degree preferred, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, statistics, or engineering). - Experience leading cost-saving or operational efficiency initiatives that impact EBITDA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident using data to make decisions and build business cases. - Hands-on experience driving operational transformation—process design, automation, or improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma). - Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple projects in parallel. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management—able to align diverse teams around shared goals **Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points:** - Familiarity with AI or automation tools, especially where used to improve efficiency or reduce cost. - Comfortable querying data using SQL and building models or dashboards in R, Python, or Tableau. - Experience working with Product teams to shape or launch new solutions. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Legal, or Compliance. - Background in central or local operations, especially managing a portfolio of initiatives.
