Your Role

Ýou act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for the Site Head and the Operations team by providing financial expertise and by supporting the functional value creation

You oversee the financial planning and forecasting, the monitoring of budgets as well as the performance steering and the initiation of corrective actions

You provide a timely and meaningful reporting to all relevant stakeholders to enable fact-based decision-making and to drive a purposeful resource allocation

You identify, prioritize and support the implementation of measures to enhance productivity

You enhance data quality and drive standardization, harmonization and optimization of processes locally as well as globally across Sites as key enablers of efficiency and scalability

You collaborate with R&D Controllers, Product Management and Engineering on business cases and production costs of new products

You safeguard the company’s assets by ensuring financial compliance with internal and external requirements

Your Profile

Relevant academic degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, Master's degree or additional certifications preferred)

Several years of experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in a global corporate environment and with a focus on manufacturing-related topics (e.g. Standard Costing, CAPEX & Inventory Management)

Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills to successfully navigate in a global, culturally diverse environment

Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, a passion to conceptualise and to drive process improvements as well as the capacity to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP

Exellent German and English skills, oral and written
