Senior operations and reporting specialist will support the relationship management function within the Global Technology organisation. Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Global Technology is responsible for the definition of our technology strategy to hands on execution of our global technology services. 

Job description & summary

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the passion and ability to upskill yourself. The role requires a high level of self-management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload. You will have a customer service mindset, prior experience in a professional environment and in PowerBI. You will be responsible for:

Taking data and translating into a relatable, digestible, creative form to use with business teach  

Taking ownership for delivery of project tasks 

Design and develop reports and dashboards 

Reporting to one of our Managers, keeping them updated on progress and discussing issues 

Escalate material failures, concerns or themes to the Manager and Senior Manager. You will also support the Manager and Senior Manager in generating, reviewing and providing high quality and insightful reports to leadership and the business when required. 

Investigate discrepancies identified and obtain proposed remedial actions 

You will also take an active role in wider team activities, such as supporting delivery of key strategic projects, communications, process improvement, knowledge sharing, social activities etc. 

Requirements of the role

Minimum 2 years in progressive professional roles involving prior experience in the delivery of workstreams  

Experience in PowerBI (required) and Power Platform (beneficial) 

Able to demonstrate excellent facilitation and presentation skills 

Able to create relevant and effective content to support leadership development 

Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions 

Continuous learner who stays current with both internal and external business and professional trends and approaches 

Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation 

Able to build relationships and connect with virtual audiences to draw out different perspectives
