Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.
Responsibilities:
Performs item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances.Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients.Basic level reportingCoordinate with other sites/regions to ensure daily Sanctions goals are metMonitor escalations received from lines of business and response in timely mannerLeads implementation for products, services, and operational solutionsManages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and servicesConsults on procedural, technical, and operational changesAdvances business products knowledge within operations environmentFosters relationships with partners and teammatesInspects data to identify issues and trendsPresents reporting on key performance and implementation statusRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in wires payment knowledge including reading routing payment messagesHighly organized individual - Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results. Makes timely and fact based decisionsAnalytical and detail oriented.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and navigate changeAbility to work independently, as well as, within a team.Strong risk framework and approach.Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexibleGood oral and written communications skills.PC proficiency and excellent Keyboarding/Typing skills.Overtime as requiredDesired Qualifications:
College Degree highly desiredExperience in client due diligence and KYCKnowledge of Excel, Word, OutlookTeam player attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment
