Summary:
Performs onboarding of new Trading Partners and new File Transmission processes using a variety of tools working with internal and external resources. Performs changes and decommissions of existing Trading Partners and File Transmission processes. Performs on a team rotation providing Production Support 24x7x365 globally. Consults with internal and external resources as needed. Provides world class support and consultation for internal and external entities for all matters relating to file transmissions.Essential Responsibility:
Onboarding New Trading Partners and new File Transmission processesChanges and Decommission to existing Trading Partners and File Transmission processesProduction support of file transmission processes 24x7x365 globallyConsultation with internal and external resources on design, scope, design, build, test and automation of file transmission processes.Fulfillment for ad hoc file transmissions.Administrative activities for tools used by File Transfer Services, including Connect Direct, Secure+, File Agent Sterling B2B Integrator, Control Center.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (such as Operations or Computer Science, Information Technology) preferred; experience in lieu of acceptable.3+ years’ experience in operations & information technology or applied technology field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external clients.Experience with operations and technology teams that have knowledge of high-volume transaction processing applications, cloud technologies and agile/lean practices as well as experience migrating legacy systems to server-based and web-based applications.
