**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

**Schedule:** Friday-Monday 8:00am - 6:30pm
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
+ Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
+ Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
+ Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
+ Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
+ Inspects data to identify issues and trends
+ Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
+ Can manage complexity, demonstrate flexibility, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced production environment
+ Take direction from management
+ Ability to successfully lead the team during the absence of management
+ Supervise and cross-train staff / activities
+ Balance the workload within the team
+ Ability to update all daily reporting spreadsheets and logs while paying close attention to detail
+ Ensure complete customer satisfaction via well trained staff, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services
+ Lift heavy boxes, paper as needed (up to 40 pounds)
+ Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.
+ Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
+ Consistently adhere to business procedures and guidelines
+ Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
+ Resolve employee issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Resolve internal and external client issues efficiently and in a timely manner
+ Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned
