**Your role:** + Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity + Manage and Drive field service engineer workforce planning. + Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions. + Help drive key strategic insights from the myriad data types + Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. + Performs regular analysis for expenses and budgets. **You're the right fit if:** + Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem solving skills + Detail-oriented + Financial acumen + Functional knowledge of industry + SFDC / sales forecasting software + Strong oral and written communication skills + Able to deliver technical information in an easily + Certified LEAN Basic
