We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Production support engineers in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents in a timely manner.Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact our users.Collaborate with development teams to ensure that new features and changes are deployed in a reliable and scalable manner.Develop and maintain playbooks and documentation for common production issues and resolutions.Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production incidents.
