We’re seeking a Senior Onsite Merchandising Specialist to lead onsite trading initiatives and drive performance across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital channels. You will be responsible for optimizing site performance, executing impactful merchandising strategies, and leveraging data to convert insights into measurable results. This role requires a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and experience using A/B testing to inform trading decisions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with digital marketing, UX, analytics, and product teams to enhance the customer journey, increase conversion, and support top- and bottom-line growth targets.
What You'll Do Plan and execute promotional and merchandising campaigns, optimizing for conversion and customer engagement. Partner with analytics and UX teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B results to improve site performance. Identify and act on trading insights using tools like Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare. Monitor and report on site performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly—providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay on top of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform onsite strategy. Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising updates and initiatives. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in onsite merchandising, e-commerce trading, or digital performance roles, preferably in DTC. Strong understanding of trading levers and how to optimize digital performance based on commercial data. Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target) and test result analysis. Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Excel. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS/eCommerce platform. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially driven. Proactive, curious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
