From performing maintenance and troubleshooting to providing reception services, you will be at the heart of our service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate unresolved technical problems as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, managing job requests, and coordinating service calls.
Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services rendered.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of completed jobs.
Provide support for building operations, including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications – Must Have:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications – Nice to Have:
Prior experience with copy/print production jobs or related fields.
Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
