Whether it is performing maintenance, troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be the heart of our service delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in a medium to low-volume setting + Transport materials safely and efficiently across multiple floors + Provide courteous and professional service to associates throughout the building + Support room setups and assist with various operational tasks as needed + Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines + Utilize computer systems to track and manage packages (experience with Tracs is a plus) **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in a medium to small-scale mailroom environment + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking, customer-facing environment + Proficient with computers; familiarity with Tracs is advantageous + Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player **Qualifications Nice to Have:** **•** Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields. • Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair. • Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
