Scope of Work:
The Senior Offshore Pipelines Engineer will be responsible to produce the following deliverables (Including but not limited to)
Support to Project Design BasisGenerate Piping MTOPipeline General Layout DrawingsPipeline Section DrawingsPipeline Subsea Crossing DetailsPipeline Specifications (Cleaning, Dewatering, Drying, Nitrogen Inerting)Cathodic Protection PhilosophyConduct Stress AnalysisProduce Pipeline DatasheetsPipeline Mechanical Design ReportConstruction Execution ReportGIS Route MapsSupport to Pipeline Construction SpecificationKey Requirements:
Typically holds a Master’s Engineering degree (honours or equivalent) in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Naval Architecture or similar engineering discipline.Chartered status preferred, must be a member of a Professional Engineering Institution.Exposure to FEED / detailed design and EPC projects.Strong experience of working for engineering / client organizations in the onshore / offshore oil and gas industry.Knowledge of subsea pipelines is also useful.Understanding of the fundamentals of pipeline engineering, and of regulatory frameworks, codes, and standards.Experience in design and analysis of CO2 and H2 onshore and offshore pipelines in the Low Carbon sector is considered advantageous.We are committed to our diverse and inclusive community - a place where we can all be ourselves, thrive and develop.
