Principal Responsibilities

Support all Funds order processing such as order placement to Fund House and settlementProvide operational support and services for Funds end to end processingMonitor and ensure orders are delivered to Fund Houses/Transfer Agents before cut-off timeProvide accurate and quality work to minimize operational loss, reversal rate and complaint casesHandle exceptions and problem cases under advice and supervision of managerReport irregularities and issues to supervisor promptly and accuratelyArrange payment settlement with client and counterpartiesProvide quality services to internal and external clients in accordance with all group standardsFollow up independently with queries raised, escalating to line manager where appropriateBack up other Colleagues of the team in accordance with back up arrangement as advised by managersProactively seek out opportunities to assist other team membersProactively learn other tasks to become familiar with the full Unit Trusts operations flowEnsure compliance with all relevant internal control documents and external regulatory requirementsEnsure the service level on various tasksProactively initiate enhancement in job processesAssist the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiencySupport in system enhancement and ad hoc projects
