Job Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation 

Participate in and support the development of product campaigns for Life & Health Business across channelsEnsure accurate and timely fulfillment of client incentive. Work closely with IT, operations, legal & compliance & external vendors to prepare the draft and the development of marketing collaterals for clients & channel communications on program activities. Conduct campaign evaluation and on-going monitoring to ensure effective implementation of product campaigns.  Responsible for seamless communication with bank partner, distribution teams to promote client incentives. Work closely with other marketing sub-teams to optimize the promotion of client campaigns via online / offline / social media platform for enhancing the media efficiency. Proactively collect feedback from frontline to look for potential area of improvement for future campaign.  Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to drive the campaign strategy and prepare campaign evaluation/ on-going monitoring to ensure campaign efficiency  

Job Requirements

University degree holder with major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and Finance.  At least 3 years related experience in marketing within financial services sector, preferably in insurance or banking industry.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with all levels of coworkers, distributors and clientsDetailed oriented with high level of accuracy and able to meet tight timelinesExcellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
