We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, MPF Administration (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

Monitor and control daily operational tasks (including offshore) so that timely and quality services are delivered, and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines where applicableHandle special projects, ad hoc tasks, and other restricted transactions as assigned by supervisorAssist in preparing statistics for management information and reporting purposesIdentifies and recommends methods to improve operating efficiency and expense control through better workflow, Management Information System and automation enhancementAssess the impact when there is any regulatory change or group policy and procedure and embed it to the operation procedures and processEnsure daily processing are complied with regulatory timeline and agreed service turnaround timePrepare and arrange electronic messages to customers
