Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.Maintain Customer Services KPIs.   Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.Ensure all customer queries are answered on time; escalate issues to appropriate team members.Selling products and solutions. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and selling.

QualificationsBusiness graduate from any reputed University.2-3 years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.Positive attitude towards managing customersHigh level of communication, negotiation, planning skillsWilling to travel different places where our customers have their factories
