We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Executive Services team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three to four days per week in the office.
As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing travel expense reports and vendor payments with precision and compliance. Coordinating logistics and budgets for meetings and special events, while overseeing artwork inventory and documentation, will be essential to your role. Supporting special projects and handling financial reconciliations will ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, you’ll manage team and event supplies, including preparing customs documentation to keep everything running seamlessly.
We will count on you to:
Manage and process travel expense reports, including those for the Board of Directors, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursementsExecute vendor payments efficiently through the iProcurement system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to Procurement policiesPrepare detailed sourcing grids for meetings & eventsTracking event budgets and coordinating logistics for meetings and special eventsOversee artwork management, including inventory control, documentation, and timely updatesSupporting special projects to ensure smooth and efficient operationsReconciling financial transactions monthly and preparing journal entryPrepare detailed reports on corporate jet activitiesManage the team supplies and event supplies. Pack event supply boxes and prepare detailed customs forms to avoid shipping delaysWhat you need to have:
Associate’s degree or higher5+ years of experience managing financial, administrative, and logistical functionsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of workProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptabilityStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactivelyWhat makes you stand out?

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $48,300 to $96,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
