Job Description Summary

The Sr. Occupancy Planner oversees and provides tactical occupancy planning expertise in support of supply, capacity, and demand of the client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region.

Job Description

Prepare operational presentations and reports illustrating Space pipeline, progress, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations. Conduct meetings with clients, Space team members and cross-functional account members to inform, consult, request action, and seek approval with internal and client stakeholders.Ensure compliance with core program standards - all C&W tools, processes, templates, and outputs standardized and customized to the clientDemonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options, and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projectsCollaborate with IFM, PDS, and client RE leadership for alignment and day-to-day operations.  Recommend adjustments to processes when misalignment is identifiedProvide effective space planning solutions for all project types (expansions, relocations, consolidations, refreshes)Direct the development of planning proposals, site assessments for space efficiencies, utilization metrics, and supply and demand studiesDirect the delivery of project activities, including relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidationsDevelop, present, and maintain headcount budgets, forecasting, and gearing ratiosPossess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendationsMaintain a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionalityDemonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and designHave experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexityBe proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software applicationsHave excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skillsWork independently and as part of a teamBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective servicesHave strong oral, written, and presentation skillsAssume ownership of requests to ensure successful completionPay strong attention to detail and qualityHandle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $83,188.65 - $97,869.00
