Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description Your missions
Resolve network and electronic market issues with efficiency to ensure system stability
Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure across APAC
Configure and optimize internal and Internet-integrated network services
Troubleshoot network services and provide timely resolutions, documentation, and reporting
Deliver proximity IT support services with service metric tracking and analysis
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network infrastructure
Ensure compliance with Group IT security and governance guidelines
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners
Perform daily operational checks and ensure SLA compliance
Support morning shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
Participate in APAC data center projects with occasional travel
Your profileExperience in network services with at least 3 years in a similar role
Knowledge of Linux/RHEL system administration in trading or business environments
Familiarity with x86 hardware, server networking peripherals, and data center setups
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management (ITIL framework)
Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Fluent English. Additional APAC languages are a plus.
