Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Atlanta, GA. Duties Include: * Senior Network Engineer plans, configures, and installs networking hardware/software replacements and upgrades * Develops and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, cut sheets, configurations, and deployment plans) * Works closely with tenant agency engineers in support of networking related projects * Identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance * Provides day-to-day subject matter expertise to tenant agencies * Troubleshoots networking issues and outages, which may occur during non-core hours * As a Senior Network Engineer, you will work with vendors in support of the network * Ensures all networking applicable STIGs, POA&Ms and vulnerabilities are resolved or mitigated in a timely manner * Performs routine and preventative maintenance services on all devices within the networking area of responsibility * Maintains a current understanding of emerging technologies and trends
