We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. **The Role** Your core responsibilities will include: + Developing and writing Target State Designs and Solution Designs that align with our current state. + Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the NDC for the connectivity domain while supporting subject matter consultants. + Reviewing and providing expert contributions to Target State and Solution Designs created by other subject matter experts. + Collaborating closely with the Lead Domain Architect and other Domain Architects to enhance and develop new Connectivity Services and align on strategic objectives. + Partnering with key stakeholders, such as Product Owners, to ensure the seamless operation of services. You will be working in a team of architects that work under the leadership of both Kyndryl and customer. This team is responsible for delivering various relevant Target State Designs in a prescribed amount of time to the design authority. You’ll also become expert at knowing when and how to call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse. Thinking your way around pre-existing limitations will grow your creativity and flexibility. You are focused on outcomes and preventing escalations. + **Stakeholder & Vendor Management:** You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and have proven experience managing relationships with technology vendors and third-party partners. + **Consulting & Collaboration:** You have strong consulting skills, capable of advising senior stakeholders and working effectively within large, diverse teams. + **Industry Experience:** You have significant experience working within highly regulated environments, preferably in the financial sector or with clients of a similar scale and complexity. **Technical Expertise** You bring a deep and broad technical background to the team, with hands-on experience and expert knowledge across multiple vendors and platforms. + **Core Technologies:** Deep expertise in routing and switching with vendors like **Cisco** , including complex routing design with BGP peering and high-speed core backbones. + **Data Center & SDN:** Extensive experience in modern data center design, including working with 3rd party DC providers such as Equinix. You have proven skills in Cisco ACI, SD-WAN design, VMware NSX-T + **Cloud & Automation:** You are proficient in **Azure Networking** , including multi-region design, **Azure ExpressRoute** , and cloud networking platforms such as Alkira. You are skilled in automation using tools. + **Zero Trust & Security:** A deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles. You can design robust security solutions aligned with the AAB Network Security Framework and create business continuity/failover architecture scenarios. + **Mainframe Connectivity:** You possess both conceptual and practical knowledge of Mainframe environments and their specific connectivity requirements + **Network Management & Observability:** You can design solutions for **Infoblox DDI** (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) platforms and create comprehensive observability designs to integrate and correlate network flows for monitoring and troubleshooting **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
