Job Description Should take up the role of a Team Lead and leading a team of 3-4 Naval architects. Will be responsible for projects assigned and directly involved in the meeting discussions with Head Office. Providing daily/weekly progress and intimating on issues affecting the timeline of a project. Should be capable of troubleshooting problems related to stability analysis and assist in smooth functioning of the department Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Naval Architecture Should have good Knowledge on Intact and Damage stability analysis for all types of ships, lift boats, FPSO and FSO. Knowledge of stability software - Autoship/ GHS/ NAPA is preferred Should have sound knowledge of basic Naval architectural calculation Should have sound knowledge on class rules and Statutory regulations Should be responsible for leading a team in coaching
