This role will lead and drive an integrated and cohesive joint business partnership with the Key Accounts, which will be represented cross-functionally to build a deep understanding of our key customers’ business, anticipate industry and customer trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition in driving towards market leadership.
Transform assigned key accounts from transaction business mode to partnership business mode Inspire, influence commercial key stakeholders for mutual success Create a more sustainable business partnership working pattern in assigned key accounts. Lead JBP key initiatives and negotiation including category insights, new wearer, retention, trade-up basket size Deliver assigned national key accounts sales target and grow the potential of total business. Drive superior customer relationship for exclusive support and finally become the supplier of choice to win in the channel. Lead and coordinate multi-functions and regional key stakeholders to complete accounts projects and achieve goals. Have high-level strategic thinking for better operational results and set up a successful CBT
