Ring and Blink are seeking a Senior National Account Manager. In this role, you will work cross functionally with Retailer contacts and business leaders across the company—GTM, Channel Marketing, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal—to strengthen Ring and Blink’s strategic position in the retail channel and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a combination of sales, marketing, analytics, and working with Mass, Club, and DIY Retailers. In this role you’ll be wearing many hats, so you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects and work quickly.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage large retail accounts; escalate to leadership on key issues and proactively plan towards and communicate on business milestones.
• Own the transition planning, promotional strategy and marketing planning across retail accounts.
• Develop bundle launch strategy, own sales forecasting and foster retail relationships.
• Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning, identifying opportunities, and evaluation to deliver solutions that drive profitable sales growth.
• Work closely with sales leadership to create business cases for expanded SKU count with retail partners.
• Collaborate with account managers on best practices; iterate on approaches while measuring impact, in order to intelligently drive growth initiatives.
• Help develop, implement, and measure repeatable account management frameworks and/or approaches built to drive Retailer KPIs.
