About the team:
Change Management & Leveraged Services team pulls together all shared functions used across the division. This includes Training & Certification as well as Recruitment and Contractor Management. As a team our aim is to provide cost benefits and scale at pace.
What you will be doing:
Colleagues will be asked to design learning modules on our key products as part of a training and certification programme to support a standardised approach throughout the business area. Working closely with PM’s and SME’s who will be identifying gaps and updates needed to learning material, your role will be to develop this material into engaging learning. The candidate will need to build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content owners to ensure that material is accurate and key milestones are met.
What you bring:
Ability to design and deliver e-learning modules using a range of applications, Articulate Storyline being one of these
Experience designing, video editing and script writing digital learning solutions on a range of formats
Work collaboratively to design creative, innovative and engaging learning resources
Work collaboratively with your project leads and SMEs to ensure that learning solutions are innovative and meet the need
Work with SMEs to develop the learning objectives and proposed content
Liaise with internal e-learning specialists for best practice tips and approach
Identify signatories and obtain sign off for modules
Research the subject matter to become adequately informed of the topic
Apply best practice learning design and multimedia principles to all resources
Manage content delivery and timelines ensuring key milestones are hit
Manage stakeholders and create strong positive relationships
Financial services experience
As a well-rounded Learning Designer, candidates’ skills and experiences are likely to include:
Extensive experience designing and script writing digital learning solutions
Collaborating with content owners and SMEs
A strong understanding of learning design principles
Innovating and pushing creative boundaries
Strong attention to detail
Troubleshooting content issues and ensuring solutions are implemented
Taking a high level of ownership and managing your workload effectively
Being up to date with current accessibility standards
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of implementation of accreditation programme within a learning solution
Previous experience of working with FIS
Broader blended learning design experience
Broad knowledge of using AI within Learning design and delivery
