Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Mobile Engineer to lead a cross-platform mobile development team in Doral, FL. This role requires deep technical expertise in either Android or iOS, with the ability to oversee and guide both platforms. Summary: As a Mobile Team Lead, you will be responsible for steering a team of mobile engineers (a mix of Android and iOS developers), working closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile features. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring involvement across the full development lifecycle - from requirement gathering and architecture design to code reviews and occasional feature implementation. Responsibilities: * Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of mobile engineers (iOS and Android), ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and coding * Platform Expertise: Lead technical decisions for either Android or iOS (depending on your core strength), while coordinating efforts across both platforms * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to gather requirements and shape mobile solutions * Documentation & Planning: Author technical design documents, system architecture overviews, and implementation plans for new features * Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality through continuous feedback and coaching * Hands-on Development: Contribute to feature development or technical spikes * Team Enablement: Help the team remove blockers, align on priorities, and grow their technical capabilities and taking the ownership of the Mobile Deliveries
