Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled senior Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist to drive business process improvements through automation. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft 365 suite. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging modern workplace tools to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and reduce manual effort across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.Build and maintain customized SharePoint sites with automated features, forms, and document libraries.Integrate various Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Planner) to support end-to-end automation solutions.Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows.Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed in all solutions.Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft 365 and proactively recommend improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver enhancements.Requirements Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, including:Power AutomatePower AppsSharePoint Online (site structure, lists/libraries, permissions, automation)Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration possibilities.Proven experience automating real-world business processes.Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract environment.Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Documentation and support experience for end-user handover.

Work Experience
Preferred Experience:Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration or automation.Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Forms, or Azure Logic Apps.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or MS-600) are a plus.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
