In this role, you will:

Partner with relationship bankers and relationship managers to maintain and grow relationships with customers by understanding their business, objectives, strategies, and challengesReview basic issues, policies, or procedures related to Merchant Services Sales functional areaProvide software solutions, standalone terminals, Ecommerce solutions, and mobile solutionsProspect new opportunities within Merchant Services Sales functional areaIndependently resolve moderately complex issuesCollaborate and consult with Merchant Services Sales peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve business objectivesConsult on complex customer specific payment solutions, including business needs assessments, analyzing merchants current payment processing, creating customized proposals, analyzing financial statements, and effectively managing relationships


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience with small and mid-sized MerchantsStrong negotiation and influence skillsDirect-sourcing and prospecting new client experienceExperience consistently delivering strong sales performanceIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationStrong presentation skillsProficient on plan proposalsStrong sales product acumen

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 75% role is a field positionThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipReliable transportationAbility to provide and work from a home office

Locations:

100% remote work location.East Coast candidates to be aligned to Charlotte NC and/or Irving TX hub locations and may cover multiple surrounding geographies.West Coast candidates to be aligned to Chandler AZ and/or San Francisco CA hub locations and may cover multiple surrounding geographies.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$77,000.00 - $121,000.00
