Being the product experts of the girls range with strong knowledge of the global market needs, competitors best practice, elements of technical knowledge of the relevant product categories to create strong collection from business plan perspective as well as from visual perspective that is profitable, growing and aligned to the overall TH and Hilfiger directions. This position is reporting to Senior Product Merchandising Manager. COLLECTION PLANNING & PRODUCT STRATEGY: • Develop and align the short and long-term Hilfiger Kids Girls Apparel growth strategies with the overall TH Brand and overall Lifestyle vision • Refine bottoms-up architecture and framework for the collection that correspond to the long-term business objectives and KPI targets • Collection/range planning, product group strategy building and its handover, priorities and communicate them to stakeholders to deliver the collection (incl. looks needs) • Collaborating with global market merchandising team to come up with the best collection strategy that fulfills global needs • Collaborating and brainstorming with Senior Product Merchandising Manager and Sr Director Product Merchandising Manager to come up with collection strategy COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT: • Lead the facilitation and development of optimal relationships between Merchandising, Design, PD both in and out of key seasonal milestone meetings of the relevant categories • Lead and drive all key milestone meetings of the relevant categories and present / discuss the collection. (Range Plan Hand-Off, Digital Collection Review, Proto review, Pricing meeting) • Product maintenance including prebooking and cancellation (including B&P contact) and data accuracy • Analysis pre and post seasons from product and collection insights • Product merchandising expert and thorough competitors and aspirational research of the relevant categories PRODUCT RELATED PROJECTS & EXECUTION: • Partnership with Product & Market Merchandising lead in delivering brand-right, consumer-centric seasonal assortments, product stories and big ideas. • Participate in cross-divisional projects related to product merchandising • Collaborating with counterparts in ensuring a synergistic ‘consumer centric’ approach to product when producing seasonal collections • With key stakeholders and cross-functional partners in building commercially strong collections, while ensuring margin targets, price point architecture, Hero styles, volume drivers, etc., are all aligned The Ideal Candidate: • Minimal 6 years’ experience in Womenswear or Kidswear Product Creation • Must have experience in Kids or Wormenswear international or European brands & understanding of global Kids market • Excellent analytic, planning and organization skills • Excellent communication, presentation (expressed verbally and through power point decks) • Proven networking, influencing skills and a team player • Fluent English both written and verbal; other languages are a plus • Able to work in a fast paced, matrix based, challenging environment **Your Wellbeing is Our Priority** In the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein. + **Wellbeing:**  exclusive onsite gym and fitness classes, personal training, meditation studio, sports clubs, in-house physio, and receive access to our nutritional and wellbeing programs + **Campus:**  extensive food and beverage offerings, top-notch restaurant, barista coffee bars, sky bar, monthly social events, weekly Thursday drinks, game nights, and campus-themed activities that will keep your social life busy + **Develop your career:** whether you lead a team or contribute your own expertise, everyone is a leader at PVH.
