Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Days)
Location: Leeds
Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:30am - 8:00pm (2-week rolling rota)
Salary: £28,354.27/year (£13.85/hr) + overtime (£15.35/hr) + £35/week on-call
Shift pattern:

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, SunWeek 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll deliver person-centred care while mentoring staff and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered.

What You'll Do

Lead and support Recovery Support WorkersDeliver high-quality, person-centred careAdminister medication and maintain accurate recordsAct as shift lead in the absence of managementMentor new staff and contribute to team developmentPromote recovery-focused activities and independence

What We're Looking For

Experience in mental health supportKnowledge of care plans and risk assessmentsStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for recovery and inclusion
