Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is building new Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services.


The Support organization in OCI is building new services addressing complex, large scale and connected event platforms that manifests as the following services – Oracle Support Center and Oracle Support Digital Assistant. These services are cornerstones of the Customer experiences offered by OCI and offer a wide variety of technical problems to be solved and customer focused innovations to be created.


In the OCI Support Tooling team, we are dedicated to developing a scalable platform to meet the expanding needs of Oracle Cloud. Our goal is to optimize support costs while delivering a top-tier support experience to our customers. We utilize advanced rule-based systems and machine learning-driven alerting, as well as interactive bots to assist with customer issues. The team is focused on enhancing these fundamental capabilities to continually improve the customer experience and empower the support engineers with the information they need.
