About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Media Campaign Manager to lead campaign strategy, reporting, analysis, and execution across dedicated social media channels. This role ensures campaigns are delivered with integrity, timeliness, and measurable effectiveness. The Senior Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner across teams, driving actionable insights, overseeing campaign setup and strategy, and providing recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
What You’ll Do
+ Own campaign setup and lead final QA post-launch to ensure flawless execution
+ Research, evaluate, and analyze data to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and impact
+ Contribute to developing strategic media plans, including investment strategy, go-to-market initiatives, flighting, and communication planning
+ Oversee the creation of performance reports and share actionable insights with cross-functional partners
+ Pull and analyze data for channel benchmarks and key campaign KPIs
+ Apply a deep understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign performance
+ Serve as an informal mentor to Media team coordinators, supporting professional growth and knowledge-sharing
+ Identify and lead process improvements, developing new procedures to increase team efficiency
+ Partner with internal teams and vendors to test new ad formats and improve campaign structures
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver feedback, recommend solutions, and drive follow-up actions from internal reviews
+ Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
+ 3+ years of relevant paid media experience
+ Strong background in tactical planning and buying of social media
+ Exceptional ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
+ Proven success working within collaborative teams to achieve shared objectives
+ Ability to follow complex documentation and execute with precision
+ Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Excel
+ Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting
Preferred
+ Hands on experience building campaigns in Pinterest
+ Previous agency experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing Communications
